At sams247, we prioritize the freshness and safety of our food products; therefore, we accept returns on non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery if they remain in their original, unopened packaging. Due to health regulations, perishable goods are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or report as damaged.

  Receive Authorization

  Wait for our team to review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the unopened items in their original shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
